How does the 14-day free trial work?

Verify your email, press one button, and your workspace is built. No card, and no API keys to set up — the AI is included. You get full access to every module for 14 days. At the end, choose a plan to carry on; everything you built stays exactly where it is.

What's the difference between an office seat and a site seat?

Office seats get the full platform — Financial, Tenders, Project Management, Site Management. They suit PM, QS, Director, and Project Support roles. Site seats are scoped to Project Management, Site Management, and RAMS — designed for Site Engineers, Site Managers, H&S, and Quality. The role template chosen on invite determines which seat type a user consumes.

What happens if I exceed my seat allowance?

Additional office seats are £130/month each and additional site seats are £30/month each (both plus VAT), prorated daily. If you are consistently over allowance, upgrading to the next tier is usually cheaper than paying overages.

How does the AI Assistant pricing work?

Accepted Answer

AI is included — nothing to set up. Every plan comes with a monthly allowance of AI credits, and you can buy more at any time if you run heavy. If you would rather run on your own Anthropic account, you can connect your own API key instead and pay your provider directly with no markup from us.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at renewal for annual plans (talk to us if you need a mid-cycle change — we can apply prorated credit). For monthly plans, downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle.

No setup fees. Signup is fully self-serve — verify your email, start your free trial, and your workspace is provisioned automatically within a minute. A free onboarding session with the founder is available if you would like help getting set up.

Do prices include VAT?

All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. UK VAT at the prevailing rate is calculated and added automatically at checkout, and invoices are valid VAT invoices — VAT-registered businesses can enter their VAT number at checkout and reclaim as normal.
